Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to availability
2. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
3. The maximum distance is 3 miles to the surgery or from the surgery.
4. Valid until 15^TH February 2021
5. You must show the driver proof of the vaccine this can be in form of a letter, email, or text.
6. Free rides for over 70’s only
