When attending the introduction consultation you will be required to bring your hackney carriage or private hire driver’s licence, a full UK driving licence, your national insurance card or proof of national insurance and a proof of address that is not more than 4 months old.
Owner drivers will be required to bring original MOT and insurance certificates.
